Who are you talking to about your people problems?
Get off the internet and get on my calendar. As helpful as Google is (especially if that's how you got to this page) it's not an employee management expert. It can't listen to what's going on in your business, learn about your business and come up with a solution that is specific to your small business. A plan that will work in the real world that actual humans live in. Well, unless you have Watson, then maybe. But otherwise what you get is generic one size fits all guesses with zero guidance on how to even try and apply it to your business and situation.
Boo on that.
You deserve and need better than that.
You don't even have time for that. Have you seen your to-do list?
So here's a better option. It's called a STRATEGY SESSION. In a STRATEGY SESSION, you get my undivided attention for one hour to talk about, pick my brain and work through whatever it is that is about to push you over the edge of crazy. You'll walk away with a solid strategy. A plan of attack. You'll know what do do and more importantly how to actually do it. Plus, you'll get me in your inbox checking up on you because I really do care about you, your business and I want your employees to be an asset not a pain in your assets, so you can build your dream business.
If you're thinking, oh yeah I need that my life then schedule your strategy session so I can get all up in your business.

What is a strategy session?
A strategy session is one-on-one call with me to work through an employee related problem. The sessions usually last one hour. If you have quick, simple question that can be addressed in a shorter time or you just want my advise on an issue, an ASK AMANDA CALL may be a good option. The goal of the call is to put strategy around the problem. You'll walk away with a solution in hand and the confidence to put it to work in your business. In addition, strategy calls can also be used for one-on-one training sessions on employment law or general management topics.
how much does it cost?
An hour session costs $150 which is due in full at the time of scheduling. Rates for specialized tracks and group sessions will vary based on the number of meetings we will have and materials or resources that are included. Refer to each specialized track or group session for specific pricing details. Some may even include payment plans or pay as you go options to make these services accessible for all entrepreneurs.
what can we do in a strategy session?
What we do is totally up to you. Clients usually come to me when they are are their wits end about something. You can also be proactive and seek out my help when you're entering a part of employee management that you're not experienced in managing. A good rule of thumb is that if it's something to complain about, keeps you up at night, post in a Facebook group to ask about or start searching Google about, then it's a good time to schedule a session. But some examples of things we can do include:
- Creating a competitive pay plan.
- Developing a benefits program.
- Hiring your first employee.
- Getting better at interviewing.
- Dealing with an employee behavior or performance problem.
- Terminating an employee the correct way.
- Managing the employee with all the drama.
