Amanda WhetstoneThe HR StrategistHey you! I see you working hard to build a legacy to leave for your family. I see you trying to do the job of 10 people because there is absolutely no budget to hire an accountant, a social media manager or even bring a temp to help catch up on filing. That's why I want to share with you the tremendous blessing an internship program can be for your business. Hosting an internship program can literally change your business and be the leverage you need to break through talent and budget barriers holding you back from making more money or being more productive. I personally invite you to invest 45 minutes of your time to find out how you can put this underutilized talent source to work in your business and achieve things you didn't think were possible.

Internship season is right around the corner. Are you ready to tap into the most underused form of talent available to small businesses?
If your small business is not hosting a summer internship program, you're passing up the perfect opportunity to take your business to the next level. So many small businesses don't take advantage of internships because of the thought that only large, Fortune 500 Companies have internship programs. But the reality is that small businesses are uniquely positioned to benefit the most from internship programs while providing interns with a robust program that they won't find in large companies.
That's why I created the LEVERAGING THE POWER OF INTERNSHIPS workshop. This workshop will empower you to begin planning a business changing internship program. You'll walk away with a clear understanding how an internship can easily fit into your business. Here's what I'll be teaching in this fast paced and informative workshop.

I want you to be confident that an internship can work for a small business of ANY kind. Literally any business is viable for an internship whether you have zero employees or 100. To help illustrate that while giving some concrete examples of problems that interns can solve we will take a look into some fictional businesses and how interns can be used to leverage their business. Let's get to know them.
Each of our friends has a some businesses challenges that they need help solving. Unfortunately they don't have the budget to hire someone or the time to learn it effectively on their own. However, if these challenges could be crushed, their businesses would soar and get to the next level of growth. During the workshop we'll explore what these challenges are. These may be the same or similar to things that you're dealing with in your own business. We will learn some real ways that an internship can help them overcome those challenges and propel their businesses forward.
