So who is this woman writing to you on the interwebs and posting epic content to help master everything human resources for your business? Well,  let me introduce myself.  Hi there I'm Amanda. And I'm so happy to be your coach to help you accomplish amazing things for your business through people.

I am absolutely geeked out about everything human resources and employee training. I'm fascinated by business and entrepreneurship.  So this blog is the brain- child of both those passions. Essentially I am here to help take the fear and mystery out of working with employees so you're empowered to DIY (do it yourself) your human resources function. Because really, employees are your key to growing your business.  And doing it right is way important.

P.S. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and earns the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. I've also worked in human resources and training for several fortune 500 companies. At some point, I've published an article or two in a human resource magazine as well. And I was a debate club champion in 9th or 10th grade. (I'm kinda proud of that....)
