How do I get my employees to use their phone phones less and focus on work?"
Oh the age of the smart phone. Everyone has one. We're so addicted to having that little screen in our faces. (I'm guilty.) It's a real distraction. And a real productivity killer. Not good for a business owner or manager who would rather their employees get some work done instead of reaching a new high score on Words with Friends.
So what can you do to limit the texting, tweeting, Pinning, Instagram selfies, Facebook sharing and Snapchatting (Did I miss any favorites? Geesh, it's no wonder any work gets done these days.)? Not to worry, I have some ideas for ya. Check out the video below.
